By accessing or using the Builto website and application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Builto provides a suite of productivity and web development tools, including but not limited to the Planner, Website Builder, Resume Builder, and Dictation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google Login. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Integration with Google Services

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Builto does not store or process your payment card information.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your account management page.
• Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time, with reasonable prior notice to you.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Builto and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Builto, a Builto employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Builto, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
